Hello Erin. Please remember that my predictions of your FFS results are not and could not be 100% accurate but I hope that they will give you a good idea of the possibilities and take you a long way towards deciding how best to proceed.
Hairline:
You hairline has quite a female shape and you do not seem to have any temporal recession to make the classic male "M" hairline. However, your hairline is a little high at the moment and may be thinning slightly at the front. Hopefully the thickness is improving on HRT. I have moved you hair forwards a little. This is very likely achievable with a single scalp advance but hair transplants are always an option,
Forehead:
Your forehead is strong with significant bossing over the frontal sinuses though it is much milder over the orbital rims. Overall your forehead is vertical and rounded which is good but you have a strong indentation where the bridge of your nose blends into the forehead. We need to be careful about setting your bossing back too far as this would leave your upper forehead bulging forwards. At the same time we need to remove as much bossing as possible both for the feminising effect and to de-emphasise the indentation at the top of your nose.I have followed the line of your forehead downwards smoothing out and removing any step where the bossing starts and then I have actually built up the upper bridge of your nose slightly to fill in the indentation. I think this balances everything and gives you a very natural female forehead. I have also shaved down the orbital rims a little.
Eyebrows:
Your eyebrows sit a little low at the moment in a typically masculine position right on the orbital rims. I have given you a brow lift and have thinned and re-shaped them a little too.
Nose:
Your nose is very good. It is symmetrical, narrow and nicely in proportion to the rest of your face. However there is still room for some feminisation. The upper bridge we have already discussed but when seen in profile the main part of the bridge is slightly humped so I have scooped this out to give it a slightly concave profile. I have also turned the tip of your nose up slightly. Overall this gives you a classic female nose.
Cheeks:
I cannot assess your cheeks properly because of the extra weight but I see no indication that you would need any kind of enhancement there.
Lips:
Your mouth is small but distinctly feminine in shape and you are in a small minority of TSs who do not need a lip lift as the distance between your top lip and the base of your nose is inside normal female ranges. Your lips are quite thin and you may want to consider implants. I have simulated some subtle implants for you and I think it looks good but personal taste counts for a lot with lips.
Chin and jaw:
As we have previously discussed there is not a great deal I can say about your jawline at this stage. There is some indication that your chin may be a little square and I have rounded off the corners a little to bring it more to a single point. In the profile shot you can see that the chin recedes slightly so I have brought it forwards as might be achieved through an implant or a sliding genioplasty. This also helps fill in the strong indentation between your chin and bottom lip. If this indentation was not sufficiently filled by the sliding genioplasty you could probably use an injectable filler to finish it off.
Adam's apple:
I can't see it at the moment but you may be able to judge by feel whether it is likely to become a problem at some stage.
Overall:
Your face is already quite feminine. The most masculine part is the forehead and I can see no reason why this could not be fixed. The effects are subtle but in terms of passability, powerful. One thing I did want to mention is that most surgeons will be reluctant to operate on you if they think you are too heavy and they may give you a target weight. You probably already know this but I thought it was worth mentioning just in case.
Please email me to confirm that the pictures have arrived. If you have any questions or opinions about your pictures and your assessment please feel free to email me.
2Checkout.com should get in touch with you at some point to seek confirmation that your pictures arrived.
By the way, a good way to view your pictures is to lay the before and after shots side by side and keep looking from one to the other. However, if you have a way to overlay them on your computer and click between them, that is ideal.
Thank you very much for entrusting me with your virtual FFS - I very much hope the pictures are helpful.
Good luck and best wishes,
Audrey.
